In 1898, twenty one year old Scottish baker Joseph Walker, started out with a mission..."To bake the world's finest shortbread." Over a century later the Walkers family carries forward this tradition of baking the finest shortbreads, biscuits, cakes, and oatcakes using their great grandfather's original recipes. Today, Walkers is known worldwide and is exported to over 80 countries. The company is Scotland's biggest exporter of food.
